Welcome to TwoSadDonkeys. By using our website, purchasing our products, or registering for our workshops, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

General Terms

TwoSadDonkeys is a handmade felted toy studio based in Tbilisi, Georgia. All products sold on this website are handmade, one-of-a-kind items. By placing an order or registering for a workshop, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

Product Purchases

Handmade Variations

Each felted toy is individually handcrafted from natural sheep wool. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in size, shape, colour, and texture from product photos are normal and expected. These variations are not considered defects.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. Prices displayed in other currencies (EUR, GEL, RUB) are approximate conversions based on current exchange rates and are provided for convenience only. The actual charge will be processed in USD via PayPal.

Order Confirmation

An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed through PayPal. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

Processing & Delivery

Handmade-to-order items require 1–2 weeks for creation before shipping. Custom orders may take longer. Estimated delivery times are provided on our Shipping Policy page and are not guaranteed. TwoSadDonkeys is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Workshop Registration Terms

By registering for a TwoSadDonkeys workshop, you agree to the following additional terms:

Registration and Payment

Workshop registration is confirmed upon successful payment. Spots are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. All workshop fees are processed in USD via PayPal.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your registration, please contact us at least 48 hours before the workshop date for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the workshop are non-refundable.

Workshop Cancellation by Organizer

In the event that a workshop is cancelled by the organizer, all registered participants will receive a full refund.

Materials

Unless otherwise noted in the workshop description, all materials needed for the workshop are included in the registration fee.

Photography

We may take photos during workshops for promotional purposes. Please let us know if you prefer not to be photographed.

Liability

Participants join workshops at their own risk. TwoSadDonkeys is not liable for any injuries that may occur during the workshop.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including photographs, product descriptions, and designs, is the property of TwoSadDonkeys and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

Personal Data

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our products shall be resolved in accordance with Georgian law.
