Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with TwoSadDonkeys! Every felted toy is handmade with care, which means shipping works a little differently than mass-produced items. Here is everything you need to know.
Processing Time
Each felted toy is handcrafted to order. Please allow 1–2 weeks for your toy to be created before it ships. Orders with custom requests may require an additional week. We will notify you by email once your toy is ready and shipped.
Some items may be marked as "Ready to Ship" — these are already completed and will be dispatched within 1–3 business days of your order.
Shipping Methods
We ship from Tbilisi, Georgia using reliable postal and courier services. The specific shipping method depends on the destination and package size.
Domestic Shipping (Georgia)
Orders within Georgia are shipped via Georgian Post or courier service. Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days after dispatch.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide! International orders are sent via registered airmail or express courier, depending on the destination. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Europe: 7–14 business days
- North America: 10–20 business days
- Asia & Oceania: 14–25 business days
- Rest of the world: 14–30 business days
Please note that these are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing and local postal service conditions.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and the size of the item. The shipping cost for each toy is displayed on the product page and during checkout. All shipping costs are listed in USD.
Tracking
Tracking information is provided for all orders where available. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your toy has been dispatched. Some destinations may have limited tracking visibility once the package enters the local postal system.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
Packaging
Each toy is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely. We use protective materials to cushion your felted toy during transit. Where possible, we use recyclable and eco-friendly packaging materials.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the postal service to locate your package. If a package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at your choice.
If your toy arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund. Please see our Returns & Refunds policy for more details.
