How are the toys made?

Each toy is crafted using traditional wet felting techniques - a method widely used in Waldorf toy-making and deeply rooted in Georgian craft tradition. I shape the forms by hand using 100% natural sheep wool and warm water. Finer details are refined with needle felting. Eyes and small accents may use glass beads or embroidery thread. No glue or synthetic materials are used in the body.

How long does it take to make?

Each toy takes several days of hands-on work, and the time varies quite a bit depending on the complexity and type of animal. Detailed or larger pieces naturally take longer. Because of ongoing orders, there is usually additional processing time on top of the crafting itself - the specific estimate for each toy is shown on its product page.

Will my toy look exactly like the photos?

Because every toy is made to order entirely by hand, each piece is one of a kind. While I follow the same design and proportions, slight variations in shape, color, and expression are natural and part of what makes each toy special. Think of the photos as a close reference rather than an exact blueprint - your toy will have its own unique character.

How do I care for my toy?

Felted wool toys are easy to care for. Spot clean gently with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid soaking or machine washing. If dusty, use a lint roller or gently brush with a soft brush. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve colors.

How does shipping work?

I ship worldwide via insured and tracked postal services. Delivery times depend on your location - most orders arrive within 1–3 weeks after the toy is finished. You'll receive a tracking number once your package is on its way.

What is your return policy?

If you're not completely happy with your purchase, please contact me within 30 days of delivery. I'll work with you to make it right. Items must be returned in their original new condition. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
